    Animal shelters provide essential services, including:

    Many operate with limited and fluctuating funding.

    Keys to Kindness is a structured community initiative that records shelter identification at the start of engagement and issues a documented donation to the associated participating shelter following the successful completion of a real estate transaction.

    All real estate services are provided separately under standard brokerage agreements and applicable regulatory requirements.

    The initiative does not involve referral compensation, fee-sharing, or changes to brokerage commission structures.

    The goal is simple:

    To build stability for families while supporting the organizations that care for vulnerable animals.

    1. A shelter may choose to share campaign materials within its community.

    2. Real estate services, if requested, are provided independently under standard brokerage agreements.

    3. Upon successful completion of a transaction, internal tracking may associate the transaction with a participating shelter.

    4. A discretionary contribution may be issued in accordance with campaign guidelines.

    The campaign does not:

    • Create referral agreements
    • Provide compensation for introductions
    • Alter brokerage fee structures
    • Create conditional incentives

How it works

• Each magnet includes a unique shelter identification code.
• When you reference that shelter at the start of engagement, the code is recorded within our internal tracking system.
• Following the successful completion of a transaction connected through that recorded identification, a donation is issued to the participating shelter under the campaign’s documented guidelines.
• Participating shelters are acknowledged internally and provided confirmation documentation upon issuance.

Shelter identification must be provided at the beginning of engagement to ensure accurate tracking.
