Reinalie Jorolan is the Founder of the Keys to Kindness Project, a structured community initiative designed to responsibly align professional real estate work with support for participating animal shelters.

With more than 25 years of experience in community leadership and nonprofit service, she has dedicated her career to helping families build stability, access opportunity, and strengthen their communities. Recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Community Leader in Fort McMurray and a TEDx speaker under the theme “Sharing Potential,” Reinalie brings both lived experience and structured governance awareness to her work.
