Keys to Kindness is a community campaign aligned with, but separate from, real estate services. It reflects a commitment to responsible care, accountability, and thoughtful community support in ONTARIO.

Keys to Kindness is a community initiative designed to responsibly connect professional real estate work with meaningful support for animal shelters.
Through the initiative, when a real estate transaction successfully completes and brokerage payout is received, a donation is issued to a participating animal shelter as part of our commitment to compassionate community impact.
Keys to Kindness collaborates with registered animal shelters and charitable organizations across Ontario, while also welcoming grassroots rescue groups that are endorsed by a registered charity.

Community Impact Participation Framework
Keys to Kindness collaborates with charitable and community organizations through a structured initiative designed to connect housing stability with meaningful support for organizations that strengthen compassionate communities.
The initiative supports organizations serving:
• Animal welfare and shelters
• Families and children
• Food security and community food programs
• Churches and faith-based outreach
• Other charitable programs that strengthen communitiesParticipation in the initiative is voluntary and designed to operate with transparency, accountability, and respect for nonprofit governance standards.

Keys to Kindness works with organizations engaged in community care and charitable service.
To ensure responsible stewardship of contributions and alignment with nonprofit governance practices, participating organizations must meet one of the following criteria:
Registered Charity
The organization is a registered Canadian charity in good standing with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
Charity-Endorsed Organization
Organizations that do not hold registered charitable status may participate when they are formally partnered with or endorsed by a registered Canadian charity that agrees to receive and administer donations on their behalf.
Where applicable, contributions generated through the initiative are directed to the registered charitable organization designated to receive and administer the funds.
This approach allows Keys to Kindness to support grassroots community initiatives while ensuring contributions are administered through recognized charitable structures.

• When you discovered Keys to Kindness through a participating Charitable organizations, your inquiry will be noted as connected to that shelter for the purpose of the community initiative.
• By choosing to work with a licensed real estate professional through this initiative, you are supporting a practice committed to responsible service, regulatory integrity, and meaningful community contribution.
How it works?
• Each magnet includes a unique shelter identification code.
• When you reference that shelter at the start of engagement, the code is recorded within our internal tracking system.
• When a real estate transaction successfully completes and brokerage payout is received, a donation will be made to the participating charita connected to your inquiry, in accordance with the Keys to Kindness campaign guidelines.
• Participating shelters are acknowledged internally and provided confirmation documentation upon issuance.
Shelter identification must be provided at the beginning of engagement to ensure accurate tracking.
CLARRIFICATION:
Keys to Kindness operates with clear separation between professional services and community giving. All real estate representation follows standard brokerage requirements. Donations are documented and issued in accordance with campaign guidelines following completed transactions.
